it's not the same without you...
You may have noticed that in my last posts I haven't used any capital letters. I don't really have a good reason for doing it other than like the 'design' aspect of it (hmmm, to explain I think that titles work better with small letters, e.g emdotdee looks better than EmDotDee)
Aaaaaaaaanyway, I've decided it looks a bit stupid when used on large amounts of text so from now I will try and keep the proper grammar/punctuation thing going on to keep the place looking smart.
Ok, things I need to update on.
Just over a week ago I was playing around with my graphics tablet in Photoshop and while doodling I made a shape that look like an eye. I copied this and mirored it to create 2 eyes and decided to move on from there..
over about a week I gave it a proper facial shape and gave him some different expressions to play with. Even though I had no idea of what i was going to do with it I gave the character some random identites in the form of a pirate, a ninja, a guy with an afro, a chav (needs more burberry though) and finally an emo kid.
i've made an animation which goes through each of the faces for you to see here, this is 30% of its original size so it's been a pretty big thing to work on.

i currently need a name and a purpose for him.

For this first time in over a year I went out shopping for clothes (seriously) i've been wearing pretty much the same clothes for 2 years which is pretty bad. I didn't/don't go out much so they don't look bad, atleast I don't think they look bad anyway.
I bought 2 pairs of pants, I managed to stay away from jeans/denim as I hate them and think that denim is pretty evil.
I also got 1 long sleeve top, 2 t-shirts and a belt, spent about £43 which is not bad at all. Thanks to Claire who allowed me to drag her around and use her as a style (ha!) consultant and bag minder while I tried stuff on :-)
In the evening me and Scott went the cinema to see 'Jarhead' but it wasn't being shown so we saw 'Just Friends' for a laugh. It made me laugh but it was pretty damn bad as you would expect.
Today, well its nearly 4 o'clock Saturday morning so Friday I had work which was easy. Arranged a bay and filled it with new and ugly plates and mugs, then I cleaned up the rest of the plates because they had gotten a mess as is usual with our shop. After this I put luggage out, had food and cleaned the shop. We had hardly any customers and the time flew which is pretty good for me.
After work I cooked a carrot onion, mushroom and quorn mince thing and some mash, it was going to be a shepphards pie but I was in a rush so left out the putting it in a dish and cooking it more in the oven part.
It was nice anyway, Quorn mince is great stuff.
Me, Scott and Ste got to see 'Jarhead' which was pretty good, I've found that I don't like going the cinema when the place is full, too much noise of people eating, talking and playing with their phones. After the cinema we went to tescos and bought some random stuff as we usually so. I bought some Fentimans lemonade and dandelion & burdock (it's made in a 'traditional' way) they didn't have any curiosity cola in which was a shame (it tastes like the cola bottle sweets, very very nice) I also got some herbal teas, Rooibus and Vanilla, and Ginger and Mint, should be interesting.
I'm going to go to bed now, it's 4 o'clock and i'm in work at 12.
Currently listening to Sufjan Stevens live that I downloaded a while ago and is excellent, thanks to Craig of Gooseania (the link is on the right >>) for giving me the link for it.
Will listen to some Mates of State songs that i got from here... http://frontier-psychiatrist.blogspot.com/2006/01/its-changed-from-something-comfortable.html The beginning of the album is a bit meh but the songs 'Punchlines' and 'Running Out' are cool.
Bye d bye
